My house in the dream village in the north is now for sale. I have loved being there: A big, lovely house with lots of land and a garden and its own barn - and best of all for me; my own beach! Langfjordbotn is the ski village more than any, with fjord and mountains and expanse, northern lights nights in the winter darkness, midnight sun and quiet fjord in the long, bright summer nights . Beautiful view over the fjord and mountains, and sun both morning and evening in the summer. In winter, just enjoy the northern lights. Langfjordbotn is known for its fantastic skiing conditions, and here there is both dog sledding and a scooter environment. The village is an agricultural area, with several active farms and good growing conditions. And you can have your own boat and fish in the fjord.
My house is in good condition, with lots of space; three floors, GOOD 136 m². 4 large bedrooms on the 2nd floor, spacious living room and kitchen plus toilet and practical hallway on the 1st floor. and full basement with laundry room, bathroom and storage rooms. Absolutely possible to live in as it is, but also exciting possibilities for renovations. Langfjordbotn is located in Alta municipality, about an hour from the center of Alta. Shop in the village and an active community center with lots of activity. Neighboring village Burfjord is the municipal center for Kvænangen municipality, with a school (school bus) and kindergarten. There is easy access to the house and the village, but always tiring in Finnmark without a car... E6 runs through the village and below the house, here the bus also runs between Alta and Tromsø, and the bus to Øksfjord (with Hurtigruten stop and ferry to Sørøya/Loppa).
