BALDRON er en kompetansebedrift med helseforhandler/nettbutikk, tjenester og terapi, startet i 2005. I 2009 ble også BALDRON ideelle forening startet, med formål å fremme helse, miljø og forskning for å inspirere til samhandling mellom mennesker og natur. BALDRON Ideelle Forening, er altså en type samvirke som skal skape grunnlag for ideelle prosjekter knyttet til helse og miljø. Foreningen BALDRON står for informasjon, forskning og nettverksbygging, med BALDRON Akademi som arrangør av seminarer, symposier og utdanningstilbud, samt deltakelse i offentlig debatt rundt relevante temaer. Foreningen BALDRON eier BALDRON Helseforhandleren som driver næringsvirksomhet med rådgivning og salg av helseprodukter; og BALDRON Terapi med eget terapinettverk. Den næringsmessige siden av virksomheten skal tjene de ideelle målene ved å skape et økonomisk grunnlag for ideelle prosjekter. Akademivirksomheten har som mål å utvikle ideer gjennom forskning, samhandling og nettverksbygging. Personene bak: Bak BALDRON står initiativtakerne Marianne Kleimann Sevåg og Ralph-Raphael Kleimann – et entreprenørteam med allsidig kompetanse og erfaringsbakgrunn. De har arbeidet i mange år med å bygge opp et nettverk av fagpersoner og interesserte fra inn- og utland. I tillegg har de knyttet til seg flere medarbeidere som tar oppdrag for foreningen og engasjerer seg i foreningens virksomhet og målsetting, både i arbeidet med Helseforhandleren og med Akademiet. Et team av terapeuter er knyttet til prosjektet, både i Norge og internasjonalt. Raphael Kleimann er oppvokst på gård i Tyskland og utdannet lærer (Tyskland, USA, Norge) og Fulbrightstipendiat i USA, i tillegg studier i Italia og Hellas, utdannet språkterapeut og språkformer fra Sveits, samt økologisk trepleie og økologisk jordbruk. Videre har han studium i Enhetsterapi hos Dr. Audun Myskja og ved Klinghardt akademiet i Tyskland. Han har drevet forsknings- og seminarvirksomhet i Sveits og arbeidet ved skoler i Tyskland og Norge, før han startet virksomheten i BALDRON. Ralph Raphael behersker ved siden av norsk og tysk også engelsk, fransk, italiensk, gresk og til dels russisk og romensk. Dette gir ham et usedvanlig godt grunnlag for å ivareta foreningens internasjonale nettverk og bygge gode relasjoner til produsenter og fagmiljøer. Ralph Raphaels oppgave er i særlig grad å arbeide med nettverksbygging, holde kontakt med forskningsmiljøer og leverandører, arrangere kurs og symposier, samt å utvikle og drive akademivirksomheten. I tillegg er Raphael stadig virksom som terapeut og foredragsholder, og arbeider aktivt med å utvikle Byggbiologien og en rekke økologiske prosjekter, i ledige stunder finner du ham i ferd med å bygge halmhus i hagen…. Marianne Kleimann Sevåg er oppvokst i Oslo, utdannet lærer med mastergrad i miljøpedagogikk. Hun har arbeidet som lærer i 28 år, hvorav 19 år som lærer i Steinerskolen, og 3 år som pedagogisk leder og styrer i barnehage. Ved siden av diverse pedagogisk utdanninger, har hun mange års studier i terapi, bl.a. 7 år deltidsutdannelse i spesialundervisning, 3 års utdanning som enhetsterapeut hos Dr. Audun Myskja, 2 års utdanning til Badeterapeut i Tyskland og 1 års språkterapistudium i Sveits og studier ved Klinghardt Akademiet i Tyskland. Marianne er en erfaren foredragsholder og har holdt tallrike kurs gjennom mange år for pedagoger og foreldre. Hun har tidligere utgitt boken ”Amputert barndom” (Vidarforlaget, 1993) og en lang rekke artikler i ulike tidsskrifter. Hun er likeledes populær med sine kokekurs og ernæringsråd. Marianne arbeider nå som freelance rådgiver og prosjektleder for barnehager og skoler, ved siden av sin terapi- og skribentvirksomhet. I BALDRON er hun idéskaper og driftsleder, i tett samarbeid med Raphael og hele nettverket av venner, medarbeidere og rådgivere. Men det må nok en gård med hage til for at Marianne kommer frem med all sin entusiasme…

BALDRON is a knowledge company with health dealer / shop, services and therapy, started in 2005. In 2009, BALDRON ideal union started, aiming to promote health, environment and research to inspire interaction between humans and nature. BALDRON Nonprofit Association, is therefore a type of interaction that will create the basis for nonprofit projects related to health and environment. Association BALDRON stands for information, research and networking, with BALDRON Academy as organizer of seminars, symposia and educational, as well as participation in public debate on relevant topics. Association BALDRON own BALDRON Helseforhandleren who conducts business with consulting and sales of health products; and BALDRON Therapy with own therapy network. The commercial side of the business to serve the ideal goals by creating an economic base for non-profit projects. Academy activities aims to develop ideas through research, collaboration and networking. The people behind Behind BALDRON stands initiators Marianne Kleimann Sevåg and Ralph Raphael Kleimann – a contractor team with versatile skills and experience background. They have worked for many years to build up a network of professionals and enthusiasts from home and abroad. In addition they have linked to several employees who take assignments for union and engages in the association’s activities and objectives, both in the work Helseforhandleren and Academy. A team of therapists are linked to the project, both in Norway and internationally. Raphael Kleimann are raised on a farm in Germany and trained teacher (Germany, USA, Norway) and Fulbright Fellow in the US In addition, studies in Italy and Greece, educated language therapist and language forms from Switzerland, as well as organic tree care and organic farming. Moreover, he study in Device Therapy with Dr. Audun Myskja and by Klinghardt Academy in Germany. He has driven research and seminar activities in Switzerland and worked at schools in Germany and Norway, before he started business in BALDRON. Ralph Raphael masters beside Norwegian and German also English, French, Italian, Greek and partly Russian and Romanian. This gives him an exceptionally good basis for maintaining the association’s international network and building good relationships with manufacturers and experts. Ralph Raphaels task is particularly working with networking, keeping in contact with research and suppliers, arranging courses and symposia, as well as to develop and operate academy business. In addition, Raphael increasingly effective as a therapist and lecturer, and is actively working to develop Building Biology and numerous ecological projects, in idle moments you will find him in the process of building halmhus garden …. Marianne Kleimann Sevåg is raised in Oslo, trained teacher with a masters degree in environmental education. She has worked as a teacher for 28 years, including 19 years as a teacher in the Waldorf School, and three years as a teacher and controls in kindergarten. Alongside various educational programs, she has many years of study in therapy, including 7 years part-time education in special education, three years of education as unit therapist with Dr. Audun Myskja, 2 years of education to Bade Therapist in Germany and 1-year language therapy study in Switzerland and studies at Klinghardt Academy in Germany. Marianne is an experienced speaker and has held numerous courses over many years for educators and parents. She has previously published book “amputee childhood” (Vidar Publishing House, 1993) and a long series of articles in various journals. She is likewise popular with their cooking classes and nutritional advice. Marianne works as a freelance consultant and project manager for kindergartens and schools, beside his therapy and writer activities.
